About The Founder

My name is Fraser Annis, and I am the founder of Anniseeds Ltd, a platform built around my belief that everyone should have the opportunity to be heard, understood and supported in becoming the best version of themselves.

My own experiences have shaped the way I see the world. Being autistic and having ADHD has given me a perspective that I believe is valuable when understanding people, their experiences and the different ways in which we all navigate life. Through my own experiences, I have also met and interacted with people from a wide range of backgrounds, circumstances and neurodiverse experiences. These encounters have reinforced something I strongly believe: there is no one-size-fits-all approach to people.

Everyone is different, with their own strengths, challenges, ambitions and experiences. I am particularly interested in exploring how we can create a society that recognises those differences rather than allowing them to become barriers.

This is where Anniseeds Ltd comes in. 

Although neurodiversity is an important part of what I do, it is only one part of a much wider vision. I want Anniseeds to provide a platform for charities, organisations and individuals from all walks of life to share their experiences, tell their own stories, raise awareness and campaign for positive change.

For me, it is about giving people a voice and creating opportunities for people who may not always feel heard. I want to use my own experiences not simply to talk about the challenges I have faced, but to help develop ideas, projects and programmes that can make a practical difference to people's lives.

I take pride in who I am and in the perspective my experiences have given me. They motivate me to champion people with different experiences and perspectives, support individuals in pursuing their ambitions, and look at issues from angles that might otherwise be overlooked.

Outside of my work, my interests include current affairs, politics, football and, above all, finding new ideas and opportunities to help make the world a fairer, more inclusive and better place.

Anniseeds Ltd is ultimately an extension of that personal vision - but the people, stories and ideas at the heart of it belong to everyone.
